This is a website. It’s a website on the internet. Ergo, it is a term of using this website that you don’t blame us if you leave your fridge open and the milk goes off.

Privacy Policy

We’ll be super careful with all your information, we promise. We definitely won’t sell any information to anyone. That’d be a lousy move. We’ll do our best not to use it to influence the outcome of any elections, but no promises there. If you want to read the boring version the lawyer wrote, you can read it here.

We do not collect, store or retain any credit card details. All credit card details stored are done through our payment gateway partner, Stripe.

What happens

Once you order, you’ll get an email confirming you pushed all the right buttons and you’re on the path to better client conversations.

Once the parcel is in the post, we’ll send you another email to let you know that it’s in the hands of the postal gods from here which includes a tracking number. Just go easy on the F5 button, we know you’re excited, but it’ll get there. We promise.

Starter Packs/Refill Packs

All Starter Packs and Refill Packs include free shipping and need 14-31 business days for delivery.

Express shipping requires only 9-10 business days and is available as below:

We’re committed to getting your orders out within one business day. After that, we can’t guarantee the above time frames, they are just what the postal overlords tell us will happen. If it’s late, let us know and we’ll go to the post office and yell at people indiscriminately.

As soon as you place your order, the job is underway. Emails fly around, things get automated, and bleep bop bloop, your order is finalised. It cannot be edited, added to, or cancelled once finalised and submitted online.

Weekends aren’t business days, so when we say business days, that’s not a weekend. (I don’t know why we need to say this. It’s like saying you need to pay with money, and that play money is not a money. But everyone else had it in their policies, so maybe it’s important. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) Also, public holidays may include Australian public holidays, and/or your local public holidays. Public holidays aren’t business days either.

Returns policy

We offer a 30 day unconditional refund on your initial purchase of Life Goal Cards Standard Deck. If for any reason you are not happy with your first Life Goal Cards Standard , simply Contact us. Products must be returned to:

Upon receipt, we will give a full refund including our shipping charges. The refund will not include your shipping charges. You can expect to receive your refund within five business days of receipt.

Because Australia is a very cool place to live, Australian Consumer Law requires that if any of the products that you have purchased from Life Goal Cards has a major failure you are entitled to reject the product and seek a refund or exchange. In alignment with common(ish) sense, where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law may not apply and Life Goal Cards may not give a refund or exchange. (At the time of writing, we don’t know what ‘abnormal use’ really might include, but if you think you’ve met this threshold, please send photos so we can post them on Reddit for sweet, sweet karma.)

General Terms and Conditions

Please imagine you’re reading a set of terms and conditions that are surprisingly engaging and make you feel you trust us more. Also, if you buy the cards, you aren’t allowed to replicate or reproduce them. That would be really lousy since we put in a lot (probably too much) of work into these.
